By Genelle Pugmire - | Feb 17, 2023 Spanish Fork Police have taken into custody a 42 year-old male who barricaded himself in his home for about 24 hours. On Thursday, the police department was contacted by Wasatch Mental Health to assist in taking an individual into custody on a mental health court order, according to Spanish Fork police Lt. Cory Slaymaker. 'When officers arrived the suspect would not cooperate or talk to officers or Mental Health workers,' Slaymaker said in a press release.
